Eggnog & Holiday Sampling

When: The Entire Month of December

Where: Beck & Bulow Butcher Shop, Santa Fe NM

Enjoy a fun and stress-free shopping experience with spiked eggnog, holiday cookies, and Beck & Bulow product samples.

Erewhon Launch

When: Second Week of December

Join Tony Beck and JP Bulow for the launch of Beck & Bulow at all 10 of the Erewhon stores. They will be sampling the best of the best alongside the Erewhon team. An outdoor grill will be set up for the launch party on Weds 12/13 at Erewhon Calabasas. Open to all.

Lambert’s Dinner

When: Thursday, December 14th at 5:30p

Where: Lambert’s of Taos, Taos NM

Hosted by Lambert’s of Taos and prepared by Chef James Crowther III, this fine dining experience features all Beck & Bulow meat and seafood; wine and spirits by Rolling Still. A handful of seats remain! For reservations call 575–758–1009.

Caviar & Bubbly

When: All Day Saturday & Sunday, December 16th & 17th

Where: Beck & Bulow Butcher Shop, Santa Fe NM

For caviar newbies and connoisseurs, join us in tasting the world’s best caviar — the perfect way to elevate any holiday setting. Bubbly and fun shopping experience included!

 

January & February

Carnivore Meat Up

When: Beginning of January, TBA

Where: Beck & Bulow Butcher Shop, Santa Fe NM

The 30-day Carnivore Challenge proved to be a success and we’ll be back at it after the new year. Tell your friends!

Marriott Uptown Dinner

When: Wednesday, January 17th

Where: Marriott Hotel Uptown, Albuquerque NM
